Is it possible to set up some kind of automation for this? In a classroom environment, it would be ideal to download an attendance sheet at the end so it includes the timestamps of each attendee throughout the meeting. However, it is very easy to forget to do this, and once the meeting is exited there is no way to retrieve the attendance list.

Hi @alexyounger

Currently, you can only download the participant report during the meeting. Microsoft is working on downloading the report after the meeting. See this uservoice

https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/33989875-view-or-export-a-list...

After that point, they may develop something automated but there hasn't been a confirm on that. I think this would be pretty cool so have raised a uservoice for you here

https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/41304007-ability-to-automate-d...

Please vote on it to push it up the agenda. If Microsoft ever pick it up you will be notified

Hope that answers your question

Best, Chris
