Recently, I started working for migrating my software from Visual Studio 2008 to 2022.
After a lot of difficulties with the new IDE, I succeeded in generating the executable programs without errors, one for "Release" and the other for "Debug" versions, respectively.
The "Release" version fails with the message "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000007b)..."
The "Debug" version runs, but produces unrecognizable (garbled) characters as shown below.
I tried to fix the problem for a couple of weeks, but could not. I will appreciate it very much if anyone gives me the tips.
