Chat Button is miising in Microsoft Teams latest Desktop App

Hi,

I have downloaded new Microsoft Teams desktop app last week. Today while going through Microsoft webinar - I found that chat button is missing in an App. My app version is 1.3.0.4461.

Is This the same for other users as well?

Thinking this could be due to policy! Are you using Skype for business too?
