Adaptive cards - Unable to download images from MS Teams

I am using adaptive cards to post a message with images(base 64) to MS Teams channel . I am able to see the image. But could not download the image from MS team.

When you send image to teams using adaptive card, you cannot download the image. This is by design

If you drag and drop the image from the card into a folder and it will save the image.

Hi @Nikitha-MSFT,
I was able to download/save images sent using adaptive cards in Teams-Android app, but not in Teams-Desktop app. Could your please explain this behavior?
