Syncing Azure AD Group with MECM / SCCM Device Collection

Hello, everybody,

We are planning a new modern environment for one of our customers and have decided to build a co-mgmt scenario with Azure Joined Devices. One question we are facing is the possibility to bind Collections to Azure Device Groups or to synchronize Device Collections via Azure AD Groups.

I know that there is the possibility to sync the devices that belong to a Device Collection to Azure AD, but I would like to do it the other way around.

The software is automatically assigned to the user (device) via Service Now.

Can't help, but stumbled upon this looking for the same answer. Maybe my adding a comment will help someone else find, and answer, the question. Unless, of course, you've already found the answer Dennis? It was asked two years ago!

I am looking for the same thing. We were thinking about going from Hybrid Domain Join to Azure AD Join during our Windows 11 migration and this is a deal breaker. For the moment we are going to have to remain on HDJ.
