I have interesting problem.
There is a TS that upgrades the existing operating system from 1803 to 1909.
The upgrade was successful on all required machines. But one of our colleagues' machines turned off during the upgrade. Before heading home from work, he started the upgrade process and then put the machine in his bag.
Of course the laptop's battery is exhausted ... :)
The next day we managed to perform a system restore using windows (system restore -> delete feateure update menu).
But since then, the upgrade task cannot run.
Only that appears : "Installing ...", but nothing happens.
I have already tried the following:
- I cleared the cache folder
- I deleted it from the collection and put it back on
- It then disappeared from the software center, and when it reappeared, it only had "installed..." status again
What can I do now?
I started looking at the logs but couldn’t find anything yet.
