SCCM Client agent push won't install on client computer

Hi!

Implementing a cross forest sccm infrastructure Forest A and Forest B(with child domain)

I have a newly built sccm primary site server on Domain A(Forest A) and i have a DP in a child Domain B(Forest B) connection in both the site servers are ok. It has a two-way trust (Forest A and Forest B). Currently Child Domain B has an old sccm server running and the client computer i test has agent already installed from the old sccm server(currently for software updates distribution only). Now on my new SCCM server I tried to push client agent to the test computer and check the box for uninstall the current sccm agent.

From the ccmsetup logs in the client computer. I have found error pertaining to "Failed to get DP locations as the expected version from MP 'http://"sccm FQDN" error 0x87d00215"

and MP "http://"sccm FQDN" didn't return DP locations for client package with the expected version. Will fall back to download to MP.

When it downloads to MP which i don't recommend since we have a seperate DP for the boundary group for domain B. setup will also fails with the error SMS agent host(CCMexec) could not be stopped. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to stop system services. Installation Failed with error code 1603.

I tried configuring the boundaries and and boundary groups from sccm primary site and still getting this error. also check on the client computer services and sms agent host is still on stopping state event though i restart it.

What could be the cause of this?

Christian
