Full-text search is installed and enabled, but operations manager install keeps complaining!

Hi,

I'm going nuts here.

I've installed a new instance called OM on my sql server.

The instance have Full-text search component installed.

The SQLserver firewall is open for incomming:

Operations Manager Setup is still complaining that the SQL is still missing fulltext search!

Why is the Operations Manager Setup still complaining??

What am I missing to do?

I'm living in Sweden and have adjusted regional settings to Swedish on all servers.
Having server regional settings to Swedish is a no no.
I reinstalled the OM server 2019 server OS with default language (EN-US) and default regional settings.
Now the OM install when thru without any problems!
