I am trying to upgrade to Configuration Manager 2006 from 2002. Every time it fails at the downloading step. I have tried in console upgrading as well as offline Service Connection Point upgrading and neither works. I've searched through the logs and found the issue to be a hash mismatch on one file. Here's the error from the log:

Any ideas? I've tried using CMUpdateReset multiple times. It feels like this is an issue on Microsoft's end.
