I was looking through all of the new articles over on our TechNet Wiki and came across this one that I thought you might find useful.  It was written by Microsoft Premier Field Engineer Mazen Ahmed and it contains a few PowerShell commands that will come in handy when managing System Center Operations Manager 2007.  And since it’s part of our Wiki, that means if you have a couple of your own favorites you can edit the article and add them as well.  Enjoy!
