The SDK documentation platform used on MSDN apparently has a problem with hosting the SCOM and SCSM SDK content at the same time without overwriting each other so we’ve removed the SCSM SDK documentation from MSDN and made it available as a downloadable .chm.
You can get the new .chm file from here:
