I have been a Technical Lead on the Microsoft Enterprise Support Core Team for over 7 years before joining the DPMV2 Beta. My role is to provide feedback on the product, recommendations for supportability, testing support tools, supporting our DPMV2 Beta customers, developing training and ramping up our support engineers.
