The Operations Manager management pack for CRM enables you to monitor Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server 2016 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server 2015 in Microsoft System Center Operations Manager. If you already have the Operations Manager management pack for CRM 2015 installed, the Operations Manager management pack for CRM 2016 will replace it.
