Hello I am Kathleen Wilson a Datacenter and Cloud Architect at Microsoft.  We have had some organizational changes at Microsoft which has impacted this monthly call in the past and I apologize for this and I will be leading these calls moving forward.  Thank you all for attending our monthly #LyncUp calls and welcome new attendees.

I am one of the many Service Manager SMEs at Microsoft, focusing on providing our Customers with the best experience with Service Manager as well as working with the Product Group providing input on improving Service Manager.  My past with Service Manager dates back to 2009 when I was working with our early adopter Customers deploying Service Manager 2010 and I have been consulting and implementing Service Management software since 1997.  My focus has been implementing IT Service Management in tools, and I have shared my insights and experiences as one of the co-authors of the MS Press Book: Optimizing System Center Service Manager (free download here ).

Moving forward the SM #LyncUp calls will have the Product Group and my SM “Smart Buddies” (internally and externally) working with me to support these collaborative calls sharing the “Creamy Buttery Goodness” of Service Manager with you.
