The Service Manager 2010 Software Development Kit (SDK) documentation is now released as a downloadable .chm file on MSDN. There are some good code samples and most importantly all the reference documentation for the API layer.
MSDN also now supports community contributions. Please feel free to add your own comments, examples, code samples, etc!
