The Service Manager team is very pleased to announce the availability of
Service Manager Authoring Tool Beta-2
This release is compatible with Service Manager 2010 RTM and contains a number of improvements and new features, including :
· Support for additional controls in form customization
· Additional activities in the workflow activity library
· Class editor for creating and extending classes and relationships
· UX & Usability improvements
***Important***
This release of the Authoring Tool requires updates to the Service Manager server which you must perform
exactly
as described in the step-by-step instructions to avoid unexpected results. For details on known issues and workarounds, see the Release Notes. Please note that due to the Beta nature of this release, we do not recommend deployment of customizations produced with this version of the tool in your production environment.
