Update: Here’s a common question we get so I thought I’d add it here:
Question: Can I monitor Windows Server 2012 with an agent using my OpsMgr 2007 R2 management group?
Answer: Yes, however this is only supported by leveraging an OpsMgr 2012 agent. The OpsMgr 2012 agents are supported when connecting to an OpsMgr 2007 R2 management server or gateway in an OpsMgr 2007 R2 management group.
