Arabic Self-service Portal
First they have created an Arabic version of the self-service portal. This is different than the other one I announced not too long ago. Same general idea though. Here are some screenshots from their version of the self-service portal:
Blackberry Enterprise Server Connector
They have also built a connector to Blackberry Enterprise server to sync in Blackberry mobile device configuration items.
What’s up Gold Connector
Lastly, they have also built a What’s Up Gold connector to bring in alerts as incidents similar to the SCOM alert connector.
