When you try to delete users or subscriptions in the Windows Azure Pack (WAP) Admin Portal, the action may fail. Errors that you receive include "Plan Out Of Sync" and "Quota update failed" messages. When you try to delete a subscription you may also receive a "There is no subscription associated with the tenant" error.
Debug logs will contain errors that resemble the following:
Failed to delete subscription. Reason: Message : The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send., InnerMessage: Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
