Happy New Year, we had a record attendance of 78 attendees to our Service Manager Lync Up call for January.  For this call George Wallace one of our System Center Consultants, share his free application Launch Pad for Service Manager.  The Service manager Launch Pad is an efficiency application to aid the Service Desk with the challenge of whether or not the caller is calling about an Incident or Service Request.  For more information and to download Launch Pad for Service Manager, go to George’s blog and as it has been localized into 10 languages.
Our next topic was the UR5 payload and Harsh Vardhan Verma shared with us the performance and scale updates and fixes that will be ready when we ship UR5 on February 10, 2015 and we closed out our presentations with Harsh sharing the top Connect feedback and what Connect feedback was rejected.
