HOTFIX: Description of Cumulative Update 4 for System Center Service Manager 2010

Cumulative Update 4 (CU4) for Microsoft System Center Service Manager 2010 is available for download at the Microsoft Download website. This cumulative update is a rollup of fixes for System Center Service Manager 2010 and supersedes Cumulative Update 3 (CU3), Cumulative Update 2 (CU2), and Cumulative Update 1 (CU1). CU4 contains a superset of the fixes that are provided in CU3, in CU2, and in CU1. You can apply CU4 to CU3, to CU2, or to CU1, or you can apply CU4 directly to a Service Manager 2010 installation.
This update fixes an issue in which the wrong time stamp is used for incidents that are created by the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) connector.
