DPM 2010 Tape to Tape copy unavailable with multiple drive libraries with 2 or more tape drives

There may be circumstances when you want to copy a System Center Data Protection Manager 2010 (DPM 2010) recovery point from a tape in the primary tape library to a tape in the library configured as the copy library.  In DPM 2010, if you have multiple tape libraries with 2 or more tape drives in the Primary Library, the "Copy to Tape" recovery option in the Recovery Wizard is grayed out.  Below is an example with a screenshot:

So by default the copy Library field is disabled in the above screenshot.  In order to get around this situation you need to disable all but one drive for the Primary Library in device manager.  Once you disable all but one drive in the Primary Library you will see the Copy Library field highlighted:

Now you should be able to copy any recovery point from the primary library to destination library.
