Service Manager Cumulative Update 1 (KB983572)
This is a rollup of fixes for System Center Service Manager 2010 and a pre-requisite for Service Manager Authoring Tool v1.0 Release Candidate.

The fixes include:
Service Manager Authoring Tool v1.0 Release Candidate
This is the Release Candidate for Service Manager Authoring Tool v1.0. It is compatible with Service Manager 2010 + above Cumulative Update. New features in this release include :
· Creation of new forms
· Management Pack sealing
· Detailed criteria in workflow triggers
This release is English-only – International support will follow with the final release.
