Mark is participating in the keynote and delivering three breakout sessions at the Microsoft Professional Developer’s Conference (PDC) on Microsoft’s campus next week. Tune in live via hi-definition Silverlight streaming to the keynote on Thursday morning from 9-11 PST where Mark will be demoing new features in Windows Azure. Then on Thursday afternoon, he’s delivering a two-part session called Mysteries of Windows Memory Management Revealed . The session goes deep into virtual and physical memory concepts, explaining how processes use virtual memory, how physical memory is assigned to processes, how the paging file is really used, and how the memory manager implements file caching. On Friday, Mark delivers his first-ever Windows Azure internals session, Inside Windows Azure , which explains the Fabric Controller, the “kernel” of Microsoft’s cloud operating system, to reveal how it manages your Windows Azure services and datacenter resources. Finally, at 1:30 you can catch Mark in his first Channel 9 interview since joining the Windows Azure team
