A member of staff has sent out a Sway with the wrong type of link to our customers so no one can open it without authentication. That employee has now gone on holiday and we are unable to access that Sway to get the correct link and fix the issue. Is there any way for Global Admins to be able to gain access or at least know what Sways have been created by users? If this is not available, this is a very serious omission in the feature set of this product. Any help would be most greatly appreciated. Thank you.
