I have a Surface pro 5 with several issues.
First, I do forgot the UEFI password. I have opened the computer hoping to reset the BIOS by removing the CMOS battery. None there. Is there another way?
Second, I am trying to reinstall windows. Currently, the drive has been reformatted.
I have downloaded the recovery USB (besed on surface serial number) and run the install do a clean installation. It completes, but at the very end says there was a problem, and reverts back to unchanged. I have tried different builds with the same result.
Help!
