Had a broken touchscreen repaired a couple of weeks ago. Got it home from the tech business and discovered that the touchscreen didn't function as it should. I found that if I powered up or rebooted the device it worked. However if I wake it from hibernation, the touchscreen didn't work. The owner of the business informed me that he had gone out of business, but would try to research the issue in his spare time. He did say the replacement touchscreen was OEM.
When I look in the device manager, it showed that there was an issue with the touch device. I checked for drivers but it indicated that was up to date.
