hello I recently bought the new surface laptop 3 which I bought a few days ago. In these days, we tend to clean our devices more regularly. I cleaned my Surface Laptop 3 with a 70% Alcohol spray and cleaning it with a 100% cloth after i removed it from the box(microsoft suggestions in their website). These weird smudge does not get off and I when I touch it there is no feel to the touch. The weird thing is it just the lid although I cleaned every part of the device... I have never dropped this device and there's no water got inside the device and I always keep it in a safe environment with normal temperatures. Please see the image to get what I mean. What should I do with this?
