As far as I know (and what we did), if that happens you need to do a factory restore. Not sure what the Hub 1 restore method is but the Surface Hub 2 requires three reboots and then it kicks itself into repair mode which will allow you to do the factory restore.Really hope Microsoft Fixes this long ...

we have the same reboot issue on a Surface Hub 1 now. Anyway to resolve this to at least get the Hub working again?

Can someone explain why we should drop our A3 or A5 licenses for this new license when the room ksu is more expensive than our current A5 licenses?I currently do not see any advantage in using the new SKU.Thx,Frederik

We have the same reboot cycle on a brand new Surface Hub 2.
