KB5005611 not only "Replaces Meeting Mode 1 (Teams preferred/SfB available) with Mode 2 functionality (Teams only); either setting can be used, but both have the same effect." But also uninstalls the Skype for Business app.

So now we can't attend if invited to Skype for Business meetings anymore.

A Skype for Business meeting link wants to open the System app.

Anyone aware of a way to get Skype for Business app back?

You can use TeamsMode0 instead. This will keep Skype as the default app and will launch Teams if there is a scheduled Teams meeting.
