Unable to search address book skype for business- Surface hub

I have configured 9 surface hubs across the firm and all so worked fine with existing respective conference room accounts. 

When the skype signed in, i cannot search company contacts by first name or display name unless i type complete sip address.  Not found anything online which can help to resolve the issue

need help ??

do you have any update on this?

I'm facing the same issue at an installation with Surface Hubs - SfB online / custom domain.

It worked for some days, but now SFB contacts can only be searched by sip address

I have multiple pools so i moved the accounts to different pool and worked.
And then updated the skype pool with latest CU update and moved back.
Also ensure the surface hub accounts are skype meeting rooms
