following issue: Surface Hub 2s (enrolled in Intune) connects to the internet via proxy and the proxy blocks the NTP access to How can I set up the local NTP server? Any ideas?

The NTP server is set when the device is joined to a local AD. Otherwise, you can whitelist on the proxy/firewall

It only joined to a Azure AD. Any other solutions?
These are the only options. If the device is AAD joined, you should allow to be used for time synchronization. Maybe a separate VLAN for Surface Hubs would be a possible solution
We just created an A-Record in our DNS and linked the to our internal NTP server. This works
