Surface Hub warranty support for an unlisted country

Copper Contributor

Hello,

We are currently looking to deploy a number of Surface Hubs to countries which are not listed as supported by Microsoft in there warranty statement. Please could you advise what the process would be for getting support on these Hubs. Would we need to ship them back to a country which is listed on the supported regions list?

Thank You,

Neil Allwood

That is correct, you would need to ship it back to a country that is listed as supported.

Thank you for the response. Would you happen to know if there is an option for us to pay for an engineer and the parts to be shipped to a particular country, rather than shipping a full Surface Hub to another country?

No, I've not seen such an option and doubt it would be possible. *If* it were possible I would expect the cost would be more than purchasing a new unit.

Hi Neil, nice to know you here!

Please could you advise what the warranty process would be for getting warranty support on Surface Hub?

Thanks in advance!
