Have you seen this?

I tested with FAT/FAT32 formatted USB formats, and I believe it was enough big :)

Any ideas?

Apologies for the late answer. If you haven't managed to fix this yet, please try with an NTFS formatted drive. As the drive is formated in FAT32 / exFAT, it might not be encrypted with BitLocker but this is something to be aware of. Additionally, you might want to try another USB stick to exclude any issues with it.
