hi guys,
We have a 84" Surface Hub in our company. Randomly it keeps looping in the Connect App screen. When that happens, nothing works. We have to forcefully push the power button off and power it up again.
We have tried factory reset twice but it didn't help. We have also loaded the latest software and updates on the device.
Anyone experience the same issue. Appreciate for any information.

Seems like a connection issue, especially if you use HDMI. The port by design is frail and will get loose over time. You can use a DP cable instead as that;s more robust and should fix the issue
