We have Surface Hub 85" and we have moved all mailboxes from on-prem to Exchange online. Before we migrate to the cloud ( Office365 ) then when we click on sign in to my files and meetings then we used to only type the user initial then will user profile be suggetsed then we can only click on the user profile and type password and MFA. After er moved to exchange online then when click on sign in to my files and meetings on the surface hub and type user initial then got message that " Can not access contactcs" then we need to click on shcool/work account and type full mail address and password then MFA for at login. Why we lost this settings after moving to Exchagnge online please?
