Surface Hub - Best Practices (Enterprise Environment)

Hello - 

 

As a legal firm, we have Microsoft Surface Hubs deployed in mostly all of our locations.  This totals at least 30 worldwide.  We are in the process of reviewing how we have setup our current deployment across all sites vs. some 'best practices'.  In doing a quick Google search, I wasn't able to spot any relevant documentation.  Can someone shed some light on if such documentation exists?  If so, can you please provide a link?

The Surface Hub can be used in different ways from shared, open spaces to meeting rooms and even as personal devices. Hence, a best practice document might not fit your scenario of use.

However, I suggest reaching out to your Microsoft contact and organize a meeting with one of our specialists to discuss the best practices of your deployment and how you can get the most out of your Surface Hubs.

@Chris Krafcky How are you managing these devices that is being deployed, I am also looking for best practices for remote management of these devices, from what I understand the suggested method is to use Intune but I am not sure if all admin tasks can be accomplished through Intune
