So I am an AV integrator and a client would like the above moving down 3 floors.
Do we have any information, if we were to, bubble wrap and carefully rotate the display 90 degrees to travel in a lift?
Can the display cope with being on its smaller end for a short period of time for transport.
Or maybe rephrase the question can it be fitted in portrait just to understand if the internals can cope?
Just trying to save our backs carrying down many flights of stairs.
Thanks in advance.

Hello @JarrettD,
Unfortunately this is not possible, not necessarily because of the screen or internal parts, but because the side of the device which hosts the camera and speakers will not be able to sustain the weight of the device. The device should only be kept vertical and in landscape mode.
Moving the Surface Hub 84" should be done by 4 people using the lifting bar. Kindly go over the Unpacking guide here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/surface-hub/surface-hub-downloads#:~:text=Unpacking%20Guide%20for%...
Thank you,
Cezar
