Surface Hub 2S & 3rd Party MFA

We are trying to set-up a Surface Hub 2S.  We have it joined to our network and it seems to be working fine with the service account we created for it.  However, when we use a regular user account with the "login to see your meetings & files", we are sent to our 3rd party SSO/MFA provider (CyberArk).  We have our corporate IP range excluded from CyberArk, so it should not be prompting us for MFA - but it does on the Surface Hub 2S.  It acts the same as when we attempt to use an SSO app from an "InPrivate" browser window on a PC.  I am speculating that the the Surface Hub 2S is not passing the IP address to the 3rd party SSO provider.  Could that be the issue?  Anyone have any ideas for how we can bypass the CyberArk MFA on the Surface Hub 2S?
