@wgodaert , we're experiencing the same exact issue here at the Florida Mall store. And, definitely appears to be the app it self. We tried on the Hub 2S, multiple Windows 10 devices using the Whiteboard app and even on a couple iOS devices. The note stacking functionality is no longer working no matter what device or operating system. In fact, even the stacking icon no longer even appears when you drag one note over another. Considering this feature's popularity not mention the number of training and promotional videos it's showcased in, I hope we can get it restored as quickly as humanly possible.
