The idea:
VisioBoard is a light-weight version of Visio with basic tools for shapes and connectors etc. however it also allows freehand shapes to be drawn.
In the background after each shape is drawn MS ML interprets the shape, matches against a cloud library of Visio shapes and substitutes or displays a selection of close matching shapes to choose from (better than www.autodraw.com).
Freehand text is also interpreted through handwriting recognition
VisioBoard lets you save or email etc the resulting diagram as per whiteboard in either the whiteboard file format or as .vsdx for later re-use/development
