Hello @aussupport I do believe you obtain the Surface Hub 2S, if that is the case I would recommend you to follow the instructions in this link. I have done several re-images and it works good.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/surface-hub/surface-hub-2s-recover-reset
If you have obtained the Surface Hub v1, there is another process let me know.
Thanks

@HerBob Thanks, We got Version 1 . Have you use SCCM?

@aussupport Hi, sorry the delay. In order to re image the V1 we were doing the following:
- Factory Reset of the Surface Hub (I would suggest going to settings doing it over there)
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/surface-hub/device-reset-surface-hub#:~:text=On%20your%20Surface%20....
- Download Surface Hub Tools IT , you will have a Surface Hub Administrator Tool.
- Remove the SSD from the Surface Hub, and utilizing a SATA-USB cable 3.0 or higher connect it to your machine using the SHUB Tools IT.
It will recognize the SSD, download the latest SHUB image and re-image the SSD. After finishing up you will have a fresh SHUB installation on your SSD.
I have not been using SCCM, I have been using WSUS service to deploy Windows updates to our Surface hub's.
Please let me know if I can help you with something else
