Hi there, am encountering this strange issue on the hub in our office as well as at different client sites whereby the teams UI looks very different although the Surface Hubs are configured the same way and are all running the latest Windows update as well as the latest builds of Teams.
The Teams UI on our office hub is lacking the Whiteboard icon while the Hubs at our client site is showing the Whiteboard icon. This icon is causing their users lots of confusion as tapping that icon opens up the web app version of the Whiteboard with reduced functionality instead of the built in SH Whiteboard.
Could anyone please help shed some light regarding the difference in the Hub Teams UI and how to go about removing the icon? Thank you very much.
