Can't use both pens at the same time on 2S

My client just bought a couple of Surface Hub 2S units and second pens with each of them.

I've paired both pens to the relevant Hubs, however I can't use both at the same time like we can with a Hub 1.

Both pens can be used, one after the other, just not together at the same time.

The product page refers to a second pen.

Any ideas?

Unfortunately this is correct, only one pen can be used at a time on the Surface Hub 2S

New Surface Hub OS that is in Public preview now has this functionality
