Surface Duo at Build

For those who haven't already seen, we posted a session at Microsoft Build 2020, which you can read about/watch on our blog.

The Surface Duo was also mentioned/shown in this React Native cross-platform session, check it out towards the end ;)

And if you were watching closely, Maddy Leger also showed a dual-screen app during Scott Hanselman's keynote (43-48 min mark).

@Craig_Dunn, I find a limitation of using only one ToolbarItems for both the panes. I tried to modify the MasterDetail sample to add a Toolbar to the Details page and display it only when it is in Dual Screen mode. But I find the setting of IsSpanned is not stable. My modified MasterDetail sample is in GitHub (https://github.com/shantimohan/XF4SD_MasterDetail). Please have a look at it and make some suggestions...
