Of late if I resume from sleep or hibernation not on power my Surface Book 2 takes ages to resume. Clock is running at 300 MHz whereas on power and running normally it run in excess of 3GHz. I have seen some older discussion of this but nothing applicable to my situation. Starting on power is OK.
Is I7 SB2.
