What Are Your Takeaways for Personal or Professional Growth Post Digital Ignite?

For me, Microsoft Ignite has become a moment of reflection on the past year, and I often get supercharged with ideas and thoughts for how I can personally or professionally grow and the energy of being around a bunch of geeks who embrace similar technologies (and even different ones) can be exciting. Even though we are digital this year, I still feel a pretty similar energy. 

So, is this something you do and if so, have you come up with any takeaways for yourself or your career?

@Christopher Clai Mine is to continue to network - meeting new people and having interesting conversations helps me learn and grow just as much as reading and going through courses! I'm really good at the latter - and an anxious mess when it comes to the former. :) Digital Ignite helped remind me how important that human connection is and how much we can all learn form each other!
