@Wes Lazara since they take down previous ISOs pretty fast, the only answer may be a reinstall. But I'm asking to see if they can make an exception for these wedged upgrades... will get back to you.

Thanks Ned. So..... how does one do that, lol? The insider download page offers 26085 ISOs only. And Windows Update isn't doable... Is there some way to download those older builds?

Ah sorry! Yes, I did get an answer: There is a known issue that, you cannot upgrade from 26031-26045 directly to 26063+.If you are in 26040, you would need to upgrade to 26046-26062 first, then continue upgrade to 26063+
