Windows 10 Pro & SQL server 2012 SP4 english versions and polish permission name in Users and roles

In SQL database properties ->Permission tab->Users and roles I see ZARZĄDZANIE NT\SYSTEM which is polish language. Windows and SQL are in english so which setting can cause it?
