I have been trying to install SQL Server Express but have never been able to finish installing it. Each time I have removed and uninstalled the previous files, I have reset my computer to remove all previous files and I have tried using the Registry Editor in this link (Troubleshooting operating system disk sector size greater than 4 KB - SQL Server | Microsoft Learn). I have even tried to see if possible to revert back to Windows 10 but have not been successful. I have reached out to Microsoft support multiple times but not gotten anything figured out. Has anyone encountered the same issue and overcome it?
